CALL RECORDING

New regulations mean that many of our clients need to record telephone conversations, both incoming and outgoing, for a variety of reasons. Handwritten orders taken over the telephone, for instance, could be misinterpreted.

Mezenet offers a full range of recording hardware and software to suit your needs. Your business will be able to record its calls and store them for easy retrieval at a later date. This is available for landline systems now and will soon be available for mobiles as well.

Many regulatory bodies now insist that their members record all of their calls. The Financial Services Authority is introducing new regulations for its members involved in stock, bond and gilt trading. For more information on the FSA regulations please visit their website at www.fsa.gov.uk.

Even if you are not involved in these regulations you may wish to consider recording your calls for the following reasons.

  • Resolving a dispute – you can solve a customer query or complaint by playing back a recorded call.
  • Orders over the telephone – No need to send order forms or service agreements out. The call is recorded and the clients wish to order is taken over the phone.
  • Verifying accurate information – Can not remember the exact figures? Can not read your own handwriting? Play back the recording to ensure accuracy.
  • Staff training – Use call recording to check your staff are doing the job correctly and to train new staff in how it should be done.

So whether you just have a single line and need to record some of your calls or you have a larger number of lines (either analogue or digital) and need to record all your calls – Mezenet has a solution for you For more information either call 01283 249800 or use our enquiry form .
